Welcome to Liliana Design. These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About my Products

All greeting cards, prints and other products available on this website are illustrated and designed by me.

I do my best to make sure product photographs and colours are represented accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

As my products are made using printed materials, there may be small variations between individual items. These do not affect the quality or use of the product.

As products are made out of recycled material, small imperfections may appear on the paper.

Placing an Order

I reserve the right to cancel an order if, for example, an item is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing or listing error. If this happens, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled order.

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£).

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

I accept payment through the payment methods available at checkout.

Delivery

I aim to dispatch orders within 2  working days of receiving payment.

Delivery times can vary depending on the delivery service and destination. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail.

I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside my reasonable control.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact me so I can help resolve the issue.

Returns and Refunds

Please see my Refund & Returns Policy for information about cancellations, returns and refunds. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Intellectual Property

All illustrations, artwork, photographs, designs, logos and other original content on this website belong to Liliana Design, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use my artwork or designs for commercial purposes without my written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not give you ownership or copyright of the artwork.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, copy or interfere with the website or its content.

I do my best to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but I cannot guarantee that the website will always be free from errors or interruptions.

Changes to Terms

I may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The version displayed on this website at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase.
